My favorite type of music is live music. One of my favorite things to do is go to concerts and dance like no body’s watching. Last summer, I saw some amazing artists including Adele, Coldplay, The Weekend, and The Lumineers. My favorite moment at CycleYOU is that feeling you get right after you finish a class of empowerment, serenity, and community. It instantly puts a smile on your face and makes any type of day a little bit better.
Everyone in my class should to feel comfortable and relaxed. Our days are very busy, so I want to give my participants some time to let go, reflect, and enjoy.
I love to travel! My best friends are from Hong Kong and Germany, & I just got back from visiting 13 national Parks!

What Inspires me:
Music inspires me! Anything with a great beat and motivating lyrics! My favorite moment at CycleYOU is when I have anyone new in my class and the ‘regulars’ make sure they feel comfortable, encourage them throughout class, and congratulate them for their huge accomplishments afterward. We really are a family and no matter who you are, there is no judgement when you walk through the door!
I want people to feel inspired and motivated to reach their goals. I always ask my clients to set an intention at the beginning of class, whether that is to relieve stress, get a killer workout, or just take an hour for themselves. Each person has their own set of goals, and as long as they stay focused on that and feel accomplished at then end of our 50 minutes together, then I’m happy!
I love to cook, travel, entertain, make my baby laugh, exercise, multitask, be in the sunshine, walk my dog and chew gum.

Although my favorite music is kind of folksy/acoustic and really happy, haha. Like Casey Abrams meets Nickel Creek. I love to bring the beat to my classes! By far my favorite moment has been walking into Fusion with the Fierce Studio full and everyone encouraging one another before we even got started. It’s so inspiring and empowering! When you join my fusion experience you will leave feeling accomplished and a little less stressed than when you entered. So much of our unrest comes from holding onto stress from one day to the next; coming to class and working hard to achieve a new goal can help alleviate that.
I’m kind of a nerd :) I love to learn new things and challenge myself mentally in all aspects of life. So if you ever have a fun fact/trivia or something you think I should try, let me know!

I have a really hard time when answering the favorite kind of music question. I just love music! ALL MUSIC! It can be a great rock/alt jam, a country hit, a big eighties track, or a current pop fave, I love them all!
My favorite CycleYOU moment happened in my first class with Steph (an original motivator). Basically it was just the whole first experience! I was overcome with how empowered she made me feel and I was hooked from the first class!
My biggest hope is that each person leaves feeling better or more accomplished then they came in. I want each person to be able to turn off the outside world for however long he class is and focus on what their own body, mind, and heart needs!
I am a former college athlete who found cycling as a way to stay active after “retirement”. I love to sweat and continue to challenge my body! I also coach three swim teams in the area (Lexington Dolphins, Henry Clay HS, and IHCC) and am a full-time grad student!

CycleYOU is a place where everyone is welcome to better themselves. Clients will walk out of my class more optimistic and happy about themselves, that’s a promise! I want them to feel more empowered and accomplished for how hard they worked.

I’m not into genres of music, I’m into all music that lifts you up, energizes you, and carries you beyond the time length of just that one song. The songs I choose take you on a big adventure. My favorite CycleYOU moments are getting emails from clients about how a class encouraged them in a dark time, or changed their day. That’s what it is all about for me.
Clients can expect to experience a shift of focus when their with me. Need to change a state of mind? I’m your Motivator! I want them to leave feeling empowered, encouraged, and important. I want them to walk out of CycleYOU feeling like whatever battle they are facing is no match for their inner strength. Fun Fact: I love to laugh a ton and I am a huge people person. Outside of CycleYOU I am an associate student pastor at Centenary United Methodist Church. I am a senior at University of Kentucky and will have a degree in Middle School Education.

I love remixes, mashups and upbeat music with a lot of energy. When a song has a great build It helps the whole room go to another level! I’ll throw in a few fun ones that introduces people to some new sounds and energy makes you wanna go for it !!!
When clients tell me that they hated working out before doing CY/FIT classes and now they LOVE working out. We truly change lives here.
You will feel welcome, inspired, motivated, and energized when they take my classes. You CAN ENJOY fitness! Once they find joy in exercising, moving, and making fitness a part of their lives, then it doesn’t feel like work- it becomes something they miss instead of something they dread. That’s what its all about and I hope I can make that happen for people.
I feel as insecure as most of my clients about so much! When I encourage them I’m listening, cause I need to hear it too! I’m a mom of 3 and first just went off to college! I’m no pup!

I am inspired by coaching people to be their best selves. For 2018, I’m working on providing active recovery classes to help us feel great and age gracefully. I’m also training in motivational interviewing. Let’s face it - just because it rolled off my tongue doesn’t make it brilliant, nor will it necessarily work for you! My goal is to meet each client where they are and work from there!
I Love music suggestions from clients! At the moment, Dawn has me hooked on Bootstraps and one of my students has me playing a lot of Lukas Nelson The poses in Yoga relate to range of motion that make clients feel great physically, the stillness of a balance pose makes clients hold steady in a challenging position and the quiet meditation teaches the value of a quiet mind and a silence. We Encounter something challenging in life, we can sail though it because we have practiced looking at all the angles, holding steady during adversity, with a calm mind.
In my life away from CY, I help people improve their nutrition and overall wellness. I’m using some spectacular new evidenced based software that works with improving habits. If you’d like to try it.
I would say my favorite music would be country, but for my cycle classes I love to try and find some mashups or remixes of older songs. I have so many beautiful from every class! I remember one girl coming up to me saying how my class was like going to therapy for her, made my day! The most important thing I want people to take away from my class is that this is their time to find peace and space in their day for themselves. We get so caught up and busy in our days that it’s hard to make time for ourselves. Even if they come to listen to the music and ride they are spending an hour for themselves. Especially as a busy mom I know how our days can get away from us.
In the past year I’ve had two kids! I feel like I’ve been pregnant forever. But they are definitely worth it. I taught pretty much up till a month before I gave birth. It really helped being active and doing cycling and barre!

I am a MAJOR Taylor Swift fan – old and new, and that pretty much runs the gambit.
I always want people to have fun and rock out in class, but some of the most amazing moments I have had are when I know people are dealing with real, heavy life stuff– and they come to class anyway. Sometimes they want to talk about it, sometimes they don’t. But knowing they came to class for whatever reason is powerful and motivating for me to be my best for them. My favorite moments are the spontaneous bursts of energy I hear from the CY Nation in class. It’s such a release to be able yell out if you need to! You will feel energy when you leave my class. Take the pride and positivity from class and put that toward every facet of your life.
Fun Fact: I’m a transplant from Houston! So I am a pretty decent country western two-stepper thanks to my Texas roots!

Stuart is a graduate of UK with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, and co-owns an interior design based, home decor and custom floral store named house, located in Lexington on Industry Rd. He specializes in remodel and design, and has clients from New York, to the Bahamas, as well as his core in Lexington, as a hub for his design talents.
Stuart began his journey at CycleYOU as a student in an early morning Monday class. Rewind slightly to New Years Eve of 2014, heading into 2015. Stuart promised Noelle (over a few cocktails) that he would “try a class” soon. She persisted, and signed him up for an hour class, a month later, and that’s when he experienced the Original 60. After taking continued classes, self determination, and a lot of hard work, he fell in love with the classes. After taking over a year and half as a student, Stuart decided to further his journey and passed the motivator training, and is now on the front bike encouraging others while instructing the Original 60 minute class that started it all. He also takes TRX and focuses on bringing new people to CycleYOU, even if it’s just to try it out once.
It was not in his “plan” to take on this task, but the adventure has proven to better his life and he doesn’t regret a thing!!!
Fun Fact: I secretly collect Matchbox Cars. A “hobby” started when I was about 5. I protect those little cars just like my big cars! Lol. I also love to just be out and about…meeting new people and reconnecting with old friends.

I’m the one with the magenta & purple hair and the nose ring! I’m NOT your typical fitness instructor - I am curvy and proud!!! I want people to see that it doesn’t matter what size you are - we are all capable, no matter where we are on our journey - of pushing ourselves and accomplishing awesome things. If I can do a CycleYou work out - so can anyone! Also, I love glitter, unicorns, doggos and DISNEY! When I’m not motivating at CY, I work in the Office of Admissions at Transylvania planning events.
Fun Fact: I am a lifelong college football fan (Go Buckeyes!) and saw the original “The Fast and the Furious” movie in theaters 7 times.

I like all types of music, but love a good mashup or remix.
The part of Cycle You I love the most is the people! It is a true community, and I have met so many wonderful people who come up after class and introduce themselves. I don’t have CycleYOU clients; I have CycleYOU friends! I also really appreciate that indoor cycling is for anyone and everyone – all levels, all ages because no else sees what gear you are on or how fast (or slow) you are going. Only you. For you. It’s about making time for you.
When you join me for a class, expect to hear great music, become invigorated and leave a little sweaty and in a better mood than when you arrived! Every class has many different elements and will keep you distracted from what you’re really doing – exercising.

As a previous client, my favorite moments were coming in to the studio in a bad mood or stressed and leaving in a better mood with a smile on my face feeling stress-free. I hope to give these types of moments to clients because this should be a time to focus on your workout, have fun with a sense of community, and leave everything else behind!
I like a variety of music and LOVE music. Music is the most important thing for my motivation in a workout, so I make sure that everyone feels uplifted by music as well. From EDM remixes to 80’s music to Drake, I’ll always switch it up and set the mood by the music!
Clients can expect a lot of energy and positivity, along with my knowledge of exercise science to assure you’re utilizing the proper mechanics. Expect a fun and challenging workout!
Fun Fact: I swam and dove in college, and now I consider myself addicted to exercise. That’s why I love doing this!
Outside of CycleYou I like to be active, travel, hike, swim, play with my puppy, and spend time with the people I love.
