Fusion Strength Back2Basics is for any person 9-90 wanting to start a healthy journey.

These are simple 30 minute and 15 minute workouts. YOU can find time for these. YOU will be able to do all or part of these. The key is to just begin.

There are 5 Target Goals:

1 Just Move - No weight needed

2 Balance and Core Strength - No weights needed

3 Flexability - No weights needed

4 Strength - Will use weights; start with 2-3pounds

5 Putting it all Together - Weights needed

You will need a chair for the most of these workouts.
